Booking Confirmation
All celebration slots at Cini Adda are confirmed only after advance payment. A booking will not be considered reserved until the required advance amount is received and confirmation is shared by our team.
Customers are requested to check the selected package, date, time slot, number of guests and add-ons before confirming the booking.
Services We Provide
Cini Adda offers private mini theatre celebration services in Bengaluru, including theatre space, themed decoration, cake cutting setup, movie/OTT screening, comfortable recliners, 170-inch screen, 4K projector, Dolby Atmos sound, magical fog effect, LED name display, photo booth, 360° selfie booth, personal photo display, snacks and beverages, and photography services as per selected package or add-ons.
Services may vary depending on the package and add-ons selected by the customer.
Packages & Pricing
Package prices, extra member charges and add-on prices are shared on our website or through our official communication channels. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored as per the agreed package details.
Extra members will be charged as per the selected time duration.
Slot Timing
Customers must arrive on time for their booked slot. The celebration duration will be counted according to the booked time slot, not from the time of arrival.
Time changes are allowed only if another slot is available. A time change charge of ₹250 may apply.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellations made at least 3 days before the event date, refund eligibility is as follows:
₹500 refund for 1.5-hour booking
₹1000 refund for 3-hour booking
If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of the event date, the advance amount will not be refunded.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and taking care of the property during the celebration. Any damage to theatre equipment, decoration items, furniture, walls, recliners or other property will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
Cleaning charges may apply if the room is left messy or damaged after the celebration.
Rules & Restrictions
Smoking and drinking are strictly not allowed inside the premises.
Party poppers, sparkles and spray items are not allowed. If used, a fine of ₹250 will be charged.
Kids above 5 years will be fully charged.
For midnight slots, only 3 members are allowed.
Customers must follow all safety and property rules shared by the Cini Adda team.
OTT & Movie Screening
Major OTT apps are available for movie or video screening. Customers may need to use their own login credentials for certain OTT platforms if required. Cini Adda is not responsible for third-party OTT app availability, login issues or platform restrictions.
Photos & Videos
If photography, 360° selfie booth or personal photo display services are selected, customers must share required photos or content before the event as instructed by our team. Cini Adda will not be responsible for delays caused by late submission of photos, videos or customization details.
